    I hate this trend to campaign for awards. I think it undermines the work. I hope it doesn't hurt Kate's chances of winning, which I hope she will do this year!

    well, I personally think The Reader's nominations are a product of marketing more than the film itself, so I understand the sentiment

    I agree with you, Joey. I really doubt that such a movie with a lukewarm reception would have succeed this well withouth the bulldozing by Harvey Weinstein.
