I figured today's a good day for everyone to post here on their favorite romantic flavored flicks. It's a day supposedly for love (or greeting cards, I forget which), so have it at on lovers movies you, well...love.
Well Brokeback Mountain is a beautiful romantic movie, but it's quite tragic in the end. I love something really sweet and sugary like Sweet November, The Lake House, Sleepless in Seattle, Pretty Woman, Bridges Of Madison County, The American President . . . you get the idea . . . Message in a Bottle, Moulin Rouge, My Best Friend's Wedding, Love Actually, Bridget Jones' Diary . . . yeah you definitely get the idea!

ReplyDeleteMy absolute favourite romantic film is The Way We Were
ReplyDeletePunch-Drunk Love. Yeah it's offbeat, but it's also beautifully romantic.
ReplyDeleteCasablanca, in terms of film snobbishness, is probably the most well-made romantic film of all time. Plus I adore it.
I would have to say Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
ReplyDeleteThat movie moves me like no other I have ever seen.
Eternal Sunshine
ReplyDeleteIn the Mood for Love
Amelie
and
Lost in Translation
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind & Pretty Woman
ReplyDeleteThe Apartment
ReplyDeleteI'll throw in the combo of Before Sunrise and Before Sunset
ReplyDeleteTrue Romance

ReplyDeleteLove Actually, The American President, and Once (yes, I consider that a love story). :)
