The entire article can be found here, but it seems that the 2009 release date was just wishful thinking and that the movie is just not ready yet. One can only assume that we'll next hear from Malick's film at Cannes. -Thoughts?
Still predicting Depp over Renner? That's gonna be embarrassing. Depp's film is just not the type of middle-of-the-road star nomination the Oscars go for.
And dropping Swank completely out of the top 10 with NO reviews yet? Yikes.
And John, yes, Clayton is still predicting Depp, and at the moment has Renner out of the top five, as well as Swank not being in the top 10. I don't understand how his predictions can turn out to be embarrassing months before the nominations are announced and before we've even had one meaningful precursor...it's a guessing game sir, and right now his guess is as good and accurate as yours, mine, Kris Tapley's, and Ophrah's...
one less dark horse to think about, I guess...
ReplyDeleteWow, what a big surprise...
ReplyDeleteI'm being sarcastic, if you couldn't tell.
