After seeing the trailer for it, I think I can safely assert that The Human Centipede has perhaps the most disgusting premise of any movie I've encountered in a long time.
How ANY self-respecting actor would sign on to something so vile is beyond me...

Well, the reviews so far have been mixed, so I doubt many people will end up seeing it, but hey...different strokes for different folks.
