This will be the ultimate test: Do I love Cruise more than I hate Diaz?
And (though it has been a couple of years since I've seen it), parts of the trailer remind me of Mr. and Mrs. Smith...or am I remembering the movie wrong?
I like the looks of it. I know its not really popular to be a Tom Cruise fan anymore, but I still think he's great. Certain action scenes from the trailer reminded me of Mr. & Mrs. Smith, but it seems as though the plot is different. Definitely has potential.
Tom Cruise playing Tom Cruise impersonating Tom Cruise on a movie.
You can add that to Denzel, Will Smith (sadly, an icon for 20-somethings), and far too many other actors.
By the way, random note: I'm tired of only biopic portrayals winning Oscars. I want some original domination. (I am probably WAAAY off and am too lazy to check the stats to see if my assumption is right. My bad.)
Who would you like to see be the main villain in the next Batman film?

ReplyDeleteAnd (though it has been a couple of years since I've seen it), parts of the trailer remind me of Mr. and Mrs. Smith...or am I remembering the movie wrong?
I got the same vibe. Call me crazy, but I liked the look of this...
ReplyDeleteFelt the exact same thing. Mr & Mrs Smith 2. It's all gonna come down to how good that dialogue is. Certainly a good trailer to get people interested.
ReplyDeleteI know Tom Cruise can handle the witty dialogue, it just has to bee seen if the dialogue is there to be handled or not...
ReplyDeleteIt looks like fun. I'm in.
ReplyDeleteit's got potential...

ReplyDeleteFor sure...
ReplyDeleteI'm just tired of the following:
