The finalists are Crazy Heart, District 9, An Education, Precious, and Up in the Air. All except Crazy Heart got Adapted Screenplay nominations, so it's likely between those 4, with Up in the Air the presumed winner...
Watched this film again yesterday and still have no idea why it's no longer a main frontrunner to win Best Picture. Such a fantastic film. Great speech by Walter. Very funny.
"Up In The Air" HAS to take that trophy for writing next month. I got a chance to watch a Jason Reitman interview on youtube and he was discussing the other contender's that he's up against. I like the guy...ordinary and perceptive
Who would you like to see be the main villain in the next Batman film?

ReplyDeletePredictable win. Jason Retiman and Sheldon Turner should become Oscar winners next month.
ReplyDeleteOne could safely assume that, yes. In all likelihood that'll be the film's Oscar.
