You asked for it, and we listened...Podcast #2 is here!

With all the goodwill generate off of our first attempt at an Awards Circuit Podcast (and we sincerely thank you for that bit of generousity on your part), Myles and myself went back and gave it another shot, and we think you'll enjoy this one as well (or at least we hope so, since we'd like to make this a weekly thing more or less on the site). The podcast is up on the Main Page and can be heard here: http://www.awardscircuit.com/Podcasts/podcast2.html -Take a listen and tell us what you think by emailing us, providing feeback below the Podcast itself, writing to me on Facebook/Twitter, or posting a response here!

  5. When you talked about The Hurt Locker...haha I thought you were talking about Green Zone, I got to see a preivew screening of it and everyting you said about why The Hurt Locker looks like it will work is why Green Zone works...haha

  6. haha Andrew, I was on the fence about which one to go with, but I'd heard much more about The Hurt Locker, but good to know that both films seem to be of high quality...thanks for listening!

  7. No problem, they're fun to listen to, although I was very surprised neither of you included the film that is getting mroe buzz than anything...Avatar, which after Inglourious Basterds(Tarantino being my hero)is my #1 anticipated film of the year and I really think it will revolutionize cinema forever.

  8. indeed, on my part, I tried to just be a little different and pick things people might not otherwise be paying a whole lot of attention to, just personal preference as well...

  9. Alright, I sort of gathered that as you picked "less obvious choices"

  11. You guys have a very articulate and passionate take on movies. Good stuff, definitely worth my time to listen to. It's also great to put a voice to a name and a picture. It gives you guys more depth, and you become real people instead of just bloggers. Keep it up boys.
