    I saw this months and months ago when it was released in the UK; it was REALLY disappointing. It's plot was just flat, there is nothing Atonement-esque about it apart from the fact that it's another Keira period drama. And I really wanted it to be good because I LOVE Keira, Dylan Thomas, Wales (my homeland which very rarely gets seen on film) and dear Matthew Rhys. I wouldn't expect much from it folks. It's the kind of film that, had it been even semi-passable, would have been drowned in BAFTA nods, and it was completely shunned, so that says a thing or two.
