I saw a preview screening of this film months ago. It's really a great film, and a bit different from the way the trailer is making it seem.
While it's best classified as an action-thriller, the film is very different from the Bourne films. Imagine an Iraqi war "Michael Clayton" (except not nearly as good, imo) with some fantastic action sequences.
I promise you, though, that it's much more than your run-of-the-mill action films. It's mainly much more adult.
Good points Joshua...based on what your saying, the Bourne like trailer is to get people in the seats...we'll get the depth when we see the whole thing.
Who would you like to see be the main villain in the next Batman film?

It doesn't really strike me as an "Oscar" movie, but it looks rather solid...
ReplyDeleteagree on both accounts.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a good popcorn film. I have to be honest though, kind of felt exactly like a Bourne film without the whole memory loss...
ReplyDeleteThat actually makes a lot of sense to me Katelyn

ReplyDeleteVery interesting indeed
ReplyDeleteFilm looks good but the rap music and the needless voice over at the very end (reading the title already on the screen) didn't satisfy me.
