True, and that's a terrible tagline. I hope they come up with a better one. Still, I'm looking forward to this film. Unfortunately, the original film had a great premise but was done at a time when stop motion effects were beginning to look really dated. The field of visual effects, at least to me, suits this film well, and I think it will benefit.
I think it looks fantastic, I love Greek Mythology and I love Louis Leterrier, the original while nostalgic for me is very dated. And I like this new darker spin on it. No one today does action like Leterrier. He's the next Michael Bay while actually being a great filmmaker in my opinion. I LOVED his version of Incredible Hulk it was perfect, exactly what a Hulk movie needed to be. Danny the Dog is also a solid film with great action and the second Transporter film is head and shoulders above the first and third.
Well after I calm down from seeing Sam Worthington in a toga, I think the teaser works well. I like it. And while I am not a fan of heavy music, the use of it in this film clip was a good thing.
Who would you like to see be the main villain in the next Batman film?

ReplyDeleteAgh, this would've been a wonderful trailer had they not put such godawful trash for music. I can't stand the total stylistic clash, pardon the pun.
