ReplyDeleteUP seems to be the only relevent film so far...
I think it all depends on how you look at things, but I think that's a little bit of an underestimation of the year...
ReplyDeletebut then again, I also think that 2009 is strong enough to deserve 10 best pick slots, and Up would only crack my top 20 this year, barely top 15, so far.
ReplyDeletealright when back and saw i made a dumb comment, an education was a fine movie with a wtf ending, bright star was beautiful but moved just too slow, im still mulling over where the wild things are, a serious man was expertly made and im not sure where that lies for the year, corlaine was great but lacked the extra emotional push, 500 days of summer was a nice little movie, just not enough going on for me, 9 was trash along with the informant, did i say too much?
ReplyDeleteit's all subjective, so no worries. I'm approaching 100 films seen this year, so it both makes me like things more and also like them less, so it's an inexact and personal science...
