ReplyDeleteDespite the unwavering love it gets here, a ton of people hated it including critics from the LA Times, New York Post, Variety, Hollywood Reporter and the Village Voice. So, you definitely aren't alone.
ReplyDeletePersonally, I thought the second act was bloated and boring. While I enjoyed the beginning and ending, I couldn't help but find myself overwhelmingly disappointed after having taken into account the talent involved.
That's a fair assessment, not one that I share, but perfectly valid.
