I think the only two locks are A Prophet and The White Ribbon...
ReplyDeleteThe only ones I've even heard of are The White Ribbon, A Prophet, and Samson and Delilah. So I have to go with those three. The other two: The Milk of Sorrow, Winter In Wartime. Just because I like the names.

pretty interesting. baaria and i killed my mother falling out quite shocked me (almost as much as gommorah last year). My favorite is un prophete, though I really loved Landscape No. 23 :)
ReplyDeleteFor a moment I actually thought there was a link to the whole list, because "Broken Embraces" is missing lol.
ReplyDeleteI'm not a fan of that film; It's just that I thought the Cruz factor would carry it through to an oscar nomination.
I'm glad to see "The White Ribbon" there though. I thoroughly enjoyed Roxane Duran's performance.
* landscape no. 2 (pokrajina st. 2)
ReplyDeletewe shall see
ReplyDeleteIt's likely between A Prophet and The White Ribbon...
ReplyDeleteThe Milk of Sorrow won the best film in Belin Film Festival...
