Since Spike Jonze probably won't be nominated, she's all I got to root for. Go Kathryn!!
ReplyDeletehaha fair enough...
ReplyDeleteI'm actually going down her resume at IMDB so that I can start watching her previous work..
ReplyDelete"The Weight of Water" looks good. Anyone a fan?
all of her work is watchable, but The Hurt Locker is far and away her best.
ReplyDeleteI'm in the minority in thinking that "The Hurt Locker" was an extremely overrated film, and on top of that (as odd as this sounds), I think that "Point Break" is her best work as a director (keep in mind, I've only seen "Point Break", "The Hurt Locker", and "Stranger Days")...
ReplyDeleteSorry, meant "Strange Days"...
ReplyDeleteNo worries...and everyone is entitled to their opinion.
