Is this the start of Avatar doing well with some precursors? Also, it's cool to see Inglourious Basterds do well.
ReplyDeleteThe full list of winners is now up...
ReplyDeleteI was hoping that In the loop would be in the top 10. oh well....
ReplyDeleteIt happens...
ReplyDeleteinglorious and avatar, cool cool

ReplyDeleteAny group that gives a shout out to Marc Webb, Two Lovers, and Adventureland is good in my book, as they deserve much more praise than they are getting.
ReplyDeleteI love seeing Bigelow break through here, even if Hurt Locker doesn't sweep up (like it did in Boston and LA).
ReplyDeleteI always find it slightly more interesting when one film doesn't dominate...
ReplyDeleteI think you're absolutely right. The only time I like domination...is when it's my favorite movie.
ReplyDeleteNot that I've seen them all. But I don't apologize - nor has anyone asked me to - for fronting my fav of the year (thus far).
You guys made a savvy move sliding towards it. You all also seem to understand the ups and downs of predictions, too.
That's why this site is so respected.
Well, we greatly appreciate it, as we certainly try to bring some sort of character and science to the predictions.
