The Academy settles on 63 songs to duke it out for the Best Original Song nominations!

Sorry for the delay in putting this up, personal life needed some attention...
ReplyDeleteas for this list, I'd say the dozen strongest contenders are, in alphabetical order:
ReplyDeleteAll is Love
Cinema Italiano
Colorblind
Down in New Orleans
Hideaway
I See You
Ma Belle Evangeline
Somebody Else
Take It All
The Weary Kind
Winter
You Got Me Wrapped around Your Little Finger
I LOVED 9,000 Days from Invictus, but unfortunately don't think it has a shot.
ReplyDeleteI'm guessing: Winter (Brothers), Cinema Italiano (Nine), The Weary Kind(Crazy Heart), I Want to Come Home (Everybody's Fine) and something from Princess and the Frog.
I'd be fairly happy with those 5...
