  1. Meh. Not that I'm complaining, I just think these last couple of years have been terrible terrible years for film score.

    My favorite film score review website just came out with a review for the score to The Hurt Locker and gave it a very scathing (and kind of predictable considering what they tend to favor) 1/5 stars with really in-depth reasons why. Considering that there seemed to be a polar opposite opinion here on the Awards Circuit, I was curious as to what you guys thought of it...

    Personally, Moon was my favorite score of the year, but I enjoyed The Hurt Locker's as well, though I was surprised by the nomination...
