  1. i'm glad we're back to the ACCAs. They're always great fun, but I must say that you forgot to include Finding Nemo and The Lord of The Rings: Return of The King in the lists for screenplay. It's probably too late to go back and add them in, but just thought you should know.

  2. I have a bad feeling that Cold Mountain will again get snubbed. I freaking love that movie.

  3. That's it, I can't do it anymore. I love coming here for awards speculation and news, but I just can't read the film reviews on this site. They're way too forgiving. Three stars to Cop Out? I have to draw the line there, I'm sorry.

  4. Robbie- If enough people are fans, I'm sure it'll get written in enough to get nominated.

  5. Mr. Hamer- I'm sorry our opinions on Cop Out don't match, and while you're in the majority in terms of critical thoughts, I stand by my review. If you choose to no longer read my reviews, then I'm sorry to see you go, but if I didn't write them up as honestly as possible, then I wouldn't be doing my job.

  6. Fair enough. You're certainly entitled to your opinions, and I applaud your honesty (anyone who doesn't stray from critical consensus every now and then needs to reconsider how they watch movies). I just desire to read those that are more...discerning.

  7. Well, we'll just have to agree to disagree about how discerning or forgiving my critiques are, since I actually get more feedback saying I'm too harsh, but hey, you know better than I how you interpret them.
